The iPad Pro is Apple’s push to recapture some of the market share lost to touchscreen computers (like the Microsoft Surface) by upgrading the processor and the display. Initially available in 12.9 and 9.7 inch screen sizes, Apple has since added a 10.5 inch screen size. The iPad Pro also introduced two iPad Pro-only input devices: the Smart Keyboard (available for 12.9 and 10.5 inch models only) and the Apple Pencil, a stylus with pressure and angle detection for fine-point writing and illustration.
